Sentinel has implemented an apprenticeship and mentoring program we call SIRT to adequately train and certify our growing staff of inspection professionals, while assisting our already certified personnel with the financial burdens associated with the cost of certification renewal fees. Our management team here at Sentinel calls it “Giving Back”. Here is how our SIRT Program works.

Full-Time employee enrolls in  the program; employee will be eligible for full certification or training reimbursement upon accrual of 2080 safe man-hours worked per year in any combination of work schedules.

Temporary / Contract employee enrolls in  the program; employee will be eligible for $750 certification or training reimbursement upon meeting one of the following criteria:

  • Accrual of 1040 safe man-hours worked or equivalent of 18 weeks of 6-10’s in a single year.
  • Accrual of 1040 safe man-hours worked or equivalent of 21 weeks of 5-10’s in a single year.
  • Accrual of 1040 safe man-hours worked or equivalent of 13 weeks of 7-12’s in a single year.
  • Accrual of 1040 safe man-hours worked or equivalent of 26 weeks of 4-10’s or 40 hr/week in a single year.
