AIM Asset Integrity Management
| Sentinel Integrity Solutions’"AIM" system was developed to optimize the consistency, accuracy, and manageability of any facility’s current Mechanical Integrity program, adapting standardization and a methodology of continuity to meet the client’s specific needs. We strive to form partnerships with additional facilities striving to achieve jurisdictional compliance or acquire and maintain the "OSHA – VPP Certification Star Status." Sentinel Integrity Solutions is dedicated to providing the petrochemical industry with cost reducing solutions associated with maintaining a Mechanical Integrity Program, as required by 29 CFR 1910.119. The"AIM" system was developed to optimize the consistency, accuracy, and manageability of any facility’s current MI program, regardless of the owner/user’s program structure or software applications. Pressure vessels, Process Piping, Above Ground Storage Tanks, and Relief Devices. Our "AIM" system is most effective when applied to all of a facility’s fixed equipment. |

The "AIM" system begins by ensuring that the MI software your facility utilizes is accurately performing the calculations needed to calculate minimum thickness, long/short term corrosion rates, and remaining life used to predict future inspection intervals. The "AIM" system will evaluate your MI software’s basic design and corrosion monitoring variables. MI software packages come with a basic set of generic variables that need to be edited or modified to reflect the facility’s actual equipment and the inspection departments SOP’s. It is absolutely critical these calculations are accurate and consistent throughout the program. Sentinel Integrity Solutions provides a complete data set that will cover virtually every material, nozzle, or pipe schedule found within a clients facility, regardless of the facility's MI software application. |
The "AIM" system objectively evaluates every vessel, piping circuit, storage tank, or relief device and only appropriate inspection strategies are applied. The numerous TML discrepancies that previously existed within your record set will be resolved, and only TML’s that provide relevant corrosion data will be maintained, and we will deactivate TML’s that provide no relevant corrosion data. Most facility’s we have optimized experience a minimum of a 50% reduction in the number of TML’s required to maintain their MI program. We will perform all overdue external inspections and work closely with your inspectors so that overdue internal inspections, NDE, or special inspections are planned to be performed during the next scheduled outage. |
The "AIM" system will identify any aspect of a facility’s MI Program that inhibits your inspectors ability to optimally:
